About the Project:
The first interregional HVDC transmission line project between the Central and South Asia, passing Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan transmitting up to 1,300 MW of power to Pakistan. The total value of the project is USD 1 billion, funded mainly by the World Bank.
Services Provided
Provision of management and coordination services to the Joint Working Groups, the Council, and involved stakeholders, with a focus on the CASA portion in Afghanistan.
